Artwork Review & Production

Northern Chestnut Inc. is committed to providing professional custom printing, embroidery, and apparel decoration services while maintaining responsible production standards.

All customer-submitted artwork, designs, text, logos, images, and other content are subject to review before being accepted for production. Submission of artwork or discussion of a project does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Customer Responsibility & Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, permissions, licences, or authorization to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, characters, designs, or other materials submitted to Northern Chestnut Inc.

By submitting artwork for production, the customer represents that they have the right to use and reproduce the submitted content.

Northern Chestnut Inc. may request proof of authorization where intellectual property ownership or usage rights are unclear and may decline an order when sufficient authorization cannot be established.

Artwork & Content Review

Northern Chestnut Inc. reserves the right to decline specific artwork or production requests that, in our reasonable judgment:

• may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other applicable laws;
• contain unlawful content, threats, hate speech, or material promoting violence or illegal activity;
• contain excessively graphic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• fall outside our production capabilities, quality standards, or business policies; or
• otherwise fall outside the types of content or projects Northern Chestnut Inc. chooses to produce.

Right to Decline Production

Northern Chestnut Inc. reserves the right to decline particular artwork or production requests at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Decisions regarding artwork are based on the content of the requested product or project and not on the customer’s identity or any characteristic protected by applicable law.

Northern Chestnut Inc. welcomes and serves customers from all backgrounds and communities.

Where a project is declined, Northern Chestnut Inc. is not required by this policy to provide a detailed explanation regarding its internal artwork review or production decision, except where required by applicable law.

Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted for production only after Northern Chestnut Inc. has reviewed the artwork and applicable order details and confirmed that the project will proceed.

Northern Chestnut Inc. may cancel an order before production if previously unknown legal, technical, artwork, or production concerns are identified. Any payment for work that has not been performed will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund and cancellation policies.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to custom production services offered by Northern Chestnut Inc., including embroidery, DTF printing, screen printing, UV DTF, custom apparel, customer-supplied garments, and other decoration services.

Northern Chestnut Inc. may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, production standards, or applicable requirements.
